VYPE: How has your season gone so far and have you accomplished your goals for the season; what were those goals?
Keeley: This season has had its ups and downs and we’ve played a lot closer games then we have ever played, and my main goal was to get a jump serve down which I have accomplished but I just need to perfect and work on it
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Keeley: The most fun I’ve had in the past year is probably going to regionals with my club volleyball team or going to Arkansas with my family.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Keeley: Mrs. Schmidt because she made learning fun, she was always there when you needed to talk, and was funny.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Keeley: Freshman year when we won our first tournament and everyone was really excited.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Keeley: I would say Aubrey Coffman, because she is a very talented player, has a great attitude, and is in general an amazing teammate.
VYPE: Who on your team has the best impression of your coach and who says the funniest things during games?
Keeley: Nobody really has a good impression of the coach but the funniest person during games are either Claire Beason or Kayde Rencher.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Keeley: If I could pick any place to go on vacation I would definitely pick Hawaii, for the beaches and I would take my two friends Claire Beason and Olivia Testerman.
VYPE: When did you first start playing volleyball and what is your favorite part about playing it?
Keeley: I decided to try volleyball when it was first introduced to Altus my 8th grade year. My favorite part of playing is when we play as a team and make an amazing play or get a kill and everyone is cheering.
VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.
Keeley: I would like to say thank you to coach Cox, coach Garrison, coach Freeman, coach Mowdy, coach Marrero, and coach Rocky for helping me reach my potential and pushing me to achieve more. I’d also like to thank my parents for everything they do for me, and I wouldn’t be where I’m at without them.
