VYPE: If you were stranded on an island, who are three people you would want with you?
Coffman: If I was stranded on an island, I would want these three people: a friend, just so we could experience it together, Megan Heine, she’s the female Bear Grylls and is a survival expert, lastly Sylvia Earle, she is a famous oceanographer, has spent more than four decades at the forefront of ocean exploration, and in 1998 by “TIME” magazine she is named Hero of the Plant.
VYPE: What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Altus High School?
Coffman: What I love most about being a student-athlete is that I get to work together and experience other players talents and personalities. Everyone is different and having the opportunity to share talent, athletic abilities, and memories with others is a just positive experience that I’m thankful to be a part of.
