The Altus varsity volleyball team has several players you should know including Kaydence Bowen who is one of the more versatile players on the court.
Head coach Maggie Sasse said of Bowen, “Kaydence has been with the program since it started three years ago. As a freshman, she was one of three girls that had played volleyball, and was added to the varsity team. She has helped the team grow in their knowledge of the game. Kaydence is currently our main setter, but recently we have also put her in the right hitter position. With this, we can play her all around the court.”
Playing in Class 5A is tough, but coach Sasse is confident the team is growing and improving with each game.
